The Hallux Valgus is one of the most common foot damages in the western hemisphere. Often yet caused during childhood worn tighten or too small shoes. It is one of the common defective position at women’s feet (in Germany aprox. 10 millions people). The big toe turns to outer side, the Os metatarsale I and the Caput metatarsale are shown in evidence. A primarily cosmetic problem can shape into serious troubles. Our recommendation for you: At patients with Hallux Valgus can be used conservative or surgical treatments depending on the severity. Initiated well timed, preventative and periodical wearing of wider and active shoes can avoid a surgery.
